When acting as a regional emergency medical services (EMS) board pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Sections 144E.50 to 144E.52, the Board is authorized to take actions, or recommend actions to the appropriate authorities, public and private, which are needed for the coordination and improvement of emergency medical services (EMS) within the counties of Anoka, ▇▇▇▇▇▇, Chisago, Dakota, Hennepin, Isanti, Ramsey, Scott, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ and Washington.
