Common use of EMS Clause in Contracts

EMS. “EMS” means Emergency Medical Services as described in RCW 84.52.069(5), as now or later amended, including the provision by the Participating Agencies of emergency medical care or emergency medical services, including related personnel costs, training for such personnel, and related equipment, supplies, vehicles and structures needed for the provision of emergency medical care or EMS.
