Common use of Employment with Public Agency Clause in Contracts

Employment with Public Agency. CONSULTANT, if an employee of another public agency, agrees that CONSULTANT will not receive salary or remuneration, other than vacation pay, as an employee of another public agency for the actual time in which services are actually being performed pursuant to this AGREEMENT. Additionally, no member, officer or employee of the DISTRICT during tenure or for one year thereafter, shall have any interest direct or indirect, in this AGREEMENT or the proceeds thereof.

Employment with Public Agency.
