District Ownership of Documents. The drawings, specifications, presentation materials including slides and models and other documents prepared by the ARCHITECT for this PROJECT shall be and remain the property of the DISTRICT pursuant to Education Code Section 17316. Such drawings and specifications and other documents supplied as herein required shall be the property of the DISTRICT whether or not the work for which they were made is executed. ARCHITECT grants to DISTRICT the right to reuse all or part of the fore mentioned drawings, specifications and other documents at its sole discretion for the construction of all or part of this or another PROJECT constructed for the DISTRICT. If the drawings, specifications and/or other documents are reused for another project constructed for the DISTRICT, then the DISTRICT agrees that ARCHITECT shall not be responsible for any reuse of the drawings, specifications and/or other documents. The DISTRICT is not bound by this AGREEMENT to employ the services of ARCHITECT in the event such drawings, specifications and/or other documents are reused. ARCHITECT grants to the DISTRICT the right to copy, use, modify, and reuse any and all copyrights and designs embodied in the plans, specifications and other documents prepared or caused to be prepared by the ARCHITECT pursuant to this AGREEMENT.

  • Ownership of Documents The County has permanent ownership of all directly connected and derivative materials produced under this Contract by the Subrecipient. All documents, reports and other incidental or derivative work or materials furnished hereunder shall become and remains the sole property of the County and may be used by the County as it may require without additional cost to the County. None of the documents, reports and other incidental or derivative work or furnished materials shall be used by the Subrecipient without the express written consent of the County.

Upon the request of the Company, the Executive shall take such further actions, including execution and delivery of instruments of conveyance, as may be appropriate to give full and proper effect to such assignment.
