Common use of Employment; Position; Term Clause in Contracts

Employment; Position; Term. The Company hereby employs the Executive, and the Executive hereby accepts employment with the Company, in the capacity of Chief Executive Officer. Subject to Section 4, the term of the Executive's employment under this Agreement shall be for two (2) years, beginning July 1, 2003. The term of this Agreement shall be extended for successive one-year periods on July 1 of each year beginning July 1, 2005, unless on or before three months prior to any such renewal date the Company or the Executive provides written notice to the other of its or his intention not to renew.

Subject to Section 4, the term of the Executive's ’s employment under this Agreement shall be for two one (21) yearsyear, beginning July 1March 31, 20032008 (the “Start Date”). The term of this Agreement shall be extended for successive one-year periods on July March 1 of each year beginning July March 1, 20052009, unless on or before three months prior to any such renewal date the Company or the Executive provides written notice to the other of its or his intention not to renew.

The term of this Agreement Term shall be extended for successive one-year periods on July June 1 of each year beginning July June 1, 20051999, unless on or before three months April 1 prior to any such renewal date the Company or the Executive provides written notice to the other of its or his intention not to renew.

The term of this Agreement shall be extended for successive one-year periods on July 1 26 of each year beginning July 126, 20051998, unless on or before three months April 26, prior to any such renewal date the Company or the Executive provides written notice to the other of its or his intention not to renew.

Subject to Section 4, the term of the Executive's employment under this Agreement shall be for two one (21) yearsyear, beginning July January 1, 2003. The term of this Agreement shall be extended for successive one-year periods on July January 1 of each year beginning July January 1, 20052004, unless on or before three months prior to any such renewal date the Company or the Executive provides written notice to the other of its or his her intention not to renew.
