Employment of the Adviser. The Trust, being duly authorized, hereby appoints the Adviser to act as investment adviser to the Trust for the Fund for the period and on the terms set forth in this Agreement. The Adviser accepts such employment and agrees to render the services herein set forth for the compensation herein provided.
