There are no material claims, complaints, outstanding decisions, orders or settlements or pending claims, complaints, decisions, orders or settlements under any Applicable Laws related to human rights, employment standards, workers’ compensation, occupational health and safety or similar laws nor has any event occurred which may give rise to any of the foregoing.
