Employment; Effectiveness of Agreement. Section 1 of the Agreement is hereby deleted in its entirety and replaced with the following text: The employment of the Employee hereunder shall continue indefinitely until terminated as provided herein. Such period of employment is hereinafter referred to as the “Employment Period”. The “Commencement Date” is the date that the Employee and the Corporation first executed an employment agreement regarding the Employee’s employment with the Corporation.
