Employment by Subsidiary. For purposes of this Section and Section ------------------------ 8, employment with the Company includes employment with any Parent or Subsidiary of the Company and service as a Director of the Company or any Parent or Subsidiary shall be considered employment with the Company. A change of employment between the Company and any Parent or Subsidiary (or between Subsidiaries or between a Subsidiary and a Parent) is not a termination of employment under this Agreement.
