Common use of Employment and Service Clause in Contracts

Nothing contained in this Award Agreement or the Plan shall confer any right to continue in the employ or other service of Cass or any of its Subsidiaries or limit in any way the right of Cass or a Subsidiary to change your compensation or other benefits or to terminate your employment or other service with or without Cause.
