Employer’s objectives. The Employer’s objective in entering into a framework agreement over a three year term, on an as and when instructed basis, is to secure the services of specialist professional access design service provider to serve the Employer’s needs and requirements in the construction of new infrastructure and the refurbishment, repurposing, rehabilitation or alteration of existing infrastructure on its Xxxxx, Bisho and East London Campuses and Hunterstoun Centre.
