Common use of Employer’s objectives Clause in Contracts

Employer’s objectives. The Employer’s objective in entering into a framework agreement over a five-year term, on an as and when- instructed basis, is to secure the services on a full-time basis of a suitably qualified specialist project/contract manager to serve the Employer’s needs and requirements in the construction of new infrastructure on its Thohoyandou Campus.
