Compilation of an infrastructure asset register to GRAP17(Up to level 6) for the electricity infrastructure networks Training of municipal operation and maintenance staff The priced Bill of quantities should be related to the Programme of Works as submitted by the service provider and should address all the items and activities as detailed in this document to cover the full scope of works. The tendered sum for planning, design, survey, environmental impact assessment, geotechnical investigations and training cost should not exceed 14% of the total tendered sum.
