Employee’s Right to Assign Payments to Controlled Entity. Employee shall have the right, exercisable by written notice to Employer, to assign his payments due hereunder to an entity wholly owned and controlled by Employee. In such event Employer, Employee and such entity shall execute such documentation to effectuate such assignment.

  • Overpayments to Contractor Contractor shall refund to Participating/Purchasing Entity the full amount of any erroneous payment or overpayment under this Master Agreement within thirty (30) days’ written notice. If Contractor fails to make timely refund, Purchaser may charge Contractor one percent (1.5%) per month on the amount due, until paid in full.

  • Compensation to Contractor The terms related to the price of the goods and/or services to be provided under this Agreement and the terms of payment to the Contractor are described in more detail in Attachment “B” to this Agreement: Price and Payment Information.

  • Am I Eligible to Contribute to a Traditional IRA? Employees with compensation income and self-employed individuals with earned income are eligible to contribute to a Traditional IRA. (For convenience, all future references to compensation are deemed to mean “earned income” in the case of a self-employed individual.) Employers may also contribute to Traditional IRAs established for the benefit of their employees. In addition, you may establish a Traditional IRA to receive rollover contributions and transfers from the trustee or Custodian of another Traditional IRA or the Custodian or trustee of certain other retirement plans.

  • PAYMENTS TO CONTRACTOR (a) Payments to Contractor will be made on a monthly basis and within thirty (30) days from receipt of a correct invoice or billing statement in accordance with the Texas Government Code, Chapter 2251, known as the Texas Prompt Payment Act. An invoice is considered received on the date it is date stamped by TFC. Contractor will be paid for completion of work accepted and approved by TFC’s Contract Administrator.

  • Employee to Contact Employer Employees who are absent from work due to a Workers' Compensation Board related injury shall contact their supervisor or the designated person in charge on a regular basis regarding the status of their condition and/or the anticipated date of return to work. Prior to returning to work, employees who have been absent from work and in receipt of WCB wage-loss replacement benefits may be required to produce a medical certificate certifying that they have fully recovered from the compensable injury and are able to perform the full scope of their duties.

  • PAYMENT TO CONTRACTOR The TOWN agrees to pay at the rates specified for SERVICES satisfactorily performed in accordance with this contract. Unless otherwise specified, the CONTRACTOR shall submit an itemized invoice to the TOWN by the end of the month during which SERVICES are performed. Payment will be processed promptly upon receipt and approval by the TOWN of the invoice.

  • STATE'S RIGHT TO CLEAN UP 6.3.1 If a dispute arises between the Contractor and separate contractors as to their responsibility for cleaning up as required by Paragraph 4.15 of these General Conditions, the State may clean up and charge the cost thereof to the Contractor.

  • PAYMENTS TO CONSULTANT 5.1 The total compensation for Consultant’s performance of the Services shall not exceed the amount of Seventy Thousand Dollars ($70,000). City shall pay Consultant on a time and materials basis up to the not to exceed amount, and based upon the hourly rates shown in Exhibit “B,” entitled “Rate Schedule.” Exhibit “B” is attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference.

  • STATE'S RIGHT TO STOP THE WORK 3.3.1 If the Contractor fails to correct defective Work as required by Paragraph 13.2 or persistently fails to carry out the Work in accordance with the Contract Documents, the State, by a written order signed personally or by an agent specifically so empowered by the State in writing, may order the Contractor to stop the Work, or any portion thereof, until the cause for such order has been eliminated; however, this right of the State to the stop the Work shall not give rise to any duty on the part the State to exercise this right for the benefit of the Contractor or any other person or entity, except to the extent required by Subparagraph 6.1.3.
