Employees of Operator. Subject to the Contract and this Agreement, Operator shall determine the number of employees, the selection of such employees, the hours of work and the compensation to be paid all such employees in connection with Joint Operations. Operator shall employ only such employees, agents and contractors as are reasonably necessary to conduct Joint Operations.
