Common use of Employee Obligations Clause in Contracts

Employee Obligations. If a supervisor/subordinate relationship develops between employees with a Family Relationship during employment, the employees shall immediately notify Human Resources. Human Resources shall recommend options for eliminating the supervisor/subordinate relationship including, but not limited to, transfer, reassignment or removal of one or more of the employees involved. Employees may come up with other alternatives. Once Human Resources has presented alternatives, the employees shall determine which alternative to take. All employees and applicants for employment are required to disclose to the Executive Director of Human Resources the identity of any family member(s) employed by the College who work in the same chain of command and are in a supervisor/subordinate relationship.
