Employee-Initiated Change Of Assignment Clause Samples
The Employee-Initiated Change Of Assignment clause allows employees to formally request a change in their job role, department, or work location within the organization. Typically, this clause outlines the process employees must follow, such as submitting a written request and meeting certain eligibility criteria, and may specify how management will review and respond to such requests. Its core function is to provide a structured and transparent mechanism for employees to seek changes in their work assignments, thereby supporting workforce flexibility and addressing individual needs or career development goals.
