Common use of Employee Accidental Death & Dismemberment Insurance Clause in Contracts

Employee Accidental Death & Dismemberment Insurance. The Employer agrees to pay one hundred percent (100%) of the billed premium, toward coverage of each Eligible Employee who qualifies and remains eligible for coverage. The basic amount of insurance shall be two hundred percent (200%) of the employee's annual earnings, to a maximum of $200,000.00.
