Under such conditions, after Contractor ceases active operations, Contractor shall release for hire by Forest Service, if needed, Contractor’s shutdown equipment for fire standby on Contract Area or other areas of Contractor’s Operations and personnel for fire standby or fire patrol, when such personnel and equipment are not needed by Contractor for other fire fighting or protection from fire.
