Suspend Operations Clause Samples

The Suspend Operations clause allows one party to temporarily halt its performance of contractual obligations under certain conditions. Typically, this clause is invoked when unforeseen events, such as safety concerns, regulatory issues, or force majeure circumstances, make it impractical or unsafe to continue work. By providing a formal mechanism to pause operations, the clause helps manage risk and ensures that both parties have clear expectations about their rights and responsibilities during periods of suspension.
