This service provides an ‘Emergency Inbox’ for users in the event that the primary email service (or email server) fails. • In the event of an email outage users can log into a web portal and view (read) and reply to messages. Users can also compose new email messages. • The Emergency Inbox is built on the Email Backup (Archive) described in 3.6.1 above.
