Emergency Callbacks. Emergency callbacks will be compensated at a minimum of two (2) hours to be compensated at time and one-half (1-1/2). When an employee is recalled to work from vacation, the employee shall be guaranteed a minimum of four (4) hours at the overtime rate and no deduction will be made from the employee's vacation balance for a day when the employee is recalled.
