Emergency Alert System. The Licensee shall comply with the Emergency Alert System in accordance with the requirements of the FCC at 47 C.F.R., Part 11. The Licensee shall cooperate with the Issuing Authority to ensure the distribution of all emergency communications to Subscribers.
