Common use of Emergency Access Clause in Contracts

Emergency Access. If in the opinion of the Scheme Operator any emergency exists whether in the Accommodation Unit or elsewhere to permit the Scheme Operator its employees and others at any time to enter the Accommodation Unit of the Resident and deal with that emergency and all repairs necessary as a result of the Scheme Operator and its employees entering the Accommodation Unit as a result of the emergency shall be borne by the Resident.
