Embezzlement Sample Clauses

Embezzlement. Kidnapping of minors or adults, defined to be the abduction or detention of a person or persons, in order to exact money from them, their families or any other person or persons, or for any other unlawful end.

Embezzlement. The Department Heads and supervisors shall be responsible for enforcing rules and regulations. The type of disciplinary action imposed is at the discretion of the Department Head and is dependent upon the nature of the disciplinary violation. Disciplinary action shall include the following: oral reprimand, written reprimand, suspension, demotions, and discharge. Oral and written reprimands may be grieved but not arbitrated. Oral and written reprimands will be removed from the employee’s personnel file after two (2) years if no other discipline is imposed in the interim.

Embezzlement. The CONTRACTOR agrees to insert this clause in all subcontracts: Any officer, director, agent, employee or other person connected in any capacity with this Contract or any subcontract hereunder who embezzles, willfully misapplies, steals or obtains by fraud any of the money, funds, assets or property provided through this Contract may be subject to federal and tribal criminal prosecution and may be fined up to $10,000 or imprisoned for up to two years, or both if convicted.
