Common use of Elimination Period Clause in Contracts

Elimination Period. The Executive must be continually Disabled for 90 consecutive days before the Company becomes obligated to pay Disability Benefits. The Company shall not pay Disability Benefits for the Executive's Disability during the Elimination Period.
