Eligible List. An eligible list is a list of names of persons who have qualified by the procedures established for the selection of employees into positions within a given class.
Eligible List. The Commission shall establish an eligible list ranking members in the order of their final examination scores. The list shall be established within thirty (30) days of the oral board. The list shall be transmitted by the Commission to the Mayor. This eligible list shall be in effect for a one (1) year period after the oral board.

Eligible List. EMS Interns who meet the requirements specified in Section 26.02, above, may be placed on a ranked eligibility list for hire as a Firefighter Cadet (the “EMS Intern List”) that is separate and distinct from the list developed from the candidates who took the civil service examination for the classification of Firefighter Cadet. The panel tasked with selecting and ranking the EMS Interns who will be placed on the EMS Intern List shall include at least one person appointed by Local 82.
Eligible List. The names of the successful qualified candidates shall be recorded on an eligible list. Eligible lists shall continue in effect one (1) year after establishment. The name of any person on an eligible list may be removed by the Personnel Office if the eligible person requests in writing that his or hertheir name be removed, or if he or she they fails to respond to a written offer of employment within five (5) business days next succeeding the mailing of notice. If a candidate waives an offer of employment the candidate shall be removed from the eligible list.
