Common use of Eligibility to Work Clause in Contracts

Eligibility to Work. In accordance with federal law, all new employees are required to present evidence of their eligibility to be employed in the United States and this Agreement is subject to proof of Executive’s ability to lawfully work in the United States. Accordingly, the Company requests that Executive provide the Company with appropriate documentation for this purpose within 72 hours of the first day of employment. Acceptable documents include, but are not limited to, a birth certificate, a passport, a visa, permanent residence card, or driver’s license and social security card.
