Elements of Evaluation. 14.3.1.1. The competency of classroom unit members will be evaluated and assessed as such competency reasonably relates to: a. Progress of pupils toward established standards. b. Instructional techniques and strategies. c. Adherence to curricular objectives. d. Establishment and maintenance of a suitable learning environment within the scope of the unit member's responsibilities. e. Performance of non-instructional duties and responsibilities including supervisory and advisory duties. 14.3.1.2. The competency of non-classroom unit members will be evaluated as such competency relates to: a. Provision of specialized support/services to pupils and other unit members. b. Provision of services/resources to school sites to support school, division, and district objectives. c. Performance of supervisory and advisory duties as may be prescribed by the appropriate supervisor. d. Applicable classroom unit member elements of evaluation.
Elements of Evaluation. The performance appraisal program used by Residential Life for RA’s and PM’s may include self-evaluations, periodic meetings with supervisors, a written evaluation and other forms such as goal setting sheets needed to make the appraisal process effective.

Elements of Evaluation. 16.2.1 The progress of students toward established objectives as mutually set by the teacher and by the principal. 16.2.2 Establishment and maintenance of a suitable learning environment within the scope of the teachers’ responsibilities and duties. 16.2.3 Establishing and maintaining suitable and proper control in classroom management.
Elements of Evaluation. 9.4.1.1 By the end of the third (3rd) week of school, the administrator should make every effort to notify unit members that they are being formally evaluated that year. 9.4.1.2 No later than the end of the sixth (6th) school week of the year in which the evaluation is to take place, the evaluator and the unit member shall meet to agree upon the elements on which the evaluation is to be based. Every effort should be made jointly to develop goals and objectives. Where no agreement can be reached, the evaluator shall decide on the elements. During the course of the evaluation period, circumstances may arise which require modification of the evaluation elements. The parties will make every effort to arrive at such revisions jointly. If they cannot do so, the elements shall be determined by the evaluator. In the event such revisions are made at the request of the unit member, all applicable contractual and statutory time limits, specifically including, but not limited to, those contained in Education Code section 44938 are told up to the number of days the process was delayed.

  • Final Evaluation IC must submit a final report and a project evaluation to the Arts Commission within thirty (30) days after the completion of the Services. Any and all unexpended funds from IC must be returned to City no later than sixty (60) days after the completion of the Services.

  • Performance Evaluations Employee performance shall be evaluated and communicated on a yearly basis as required under County policy. Performance evaluations are used to demonstrate to employees that they are valued; record how an employee’s performance meet the requirements of the job; create a job history record; identify employee strengths and areas for enhancement; assist the employee and supervisor in an effort to attain the highest level of performance; and reinforce performance standards. Every effort will be made to include substantiated information within an employee’s performance evaluation. Non-recurring discipline history which is more than two (2) years old will not be referenced in performance evaluations. The County shall ensure employee performance evaluations are conducted in accordance with County and departmental policy. Performance evaluations and disciplinary matters shall only be conducted by County employees. When an employee who does not agree with the overall rating he/she receives on his/her written performance evaluation, he/she shall discuss and attempt to resolve the differences with his/her immediate supervisor. If discussion with his/her immediate supervisor does not result in resolution of the differences, the employee may file a written request to meet with the next level of management. Said request shall state the unresolved issues and the specific changes in the written performance evaluation the employee is seeking. The appropriate manager shall meet with the employee to discuss the unresolved issues. If the issues are not resolved to the employee’s satisfaction following discussion with the appropriate manager, the employee may within thirty (30) working days file a written request for a meeting with the department head. Within fourteen (14) working days of receipt of a written request stating the unresolved issues and the desired changes in the written performance evaluation, the department head shall meet with the employee to discuss the issues. Within ten (10) working days of said meeting, the department head shall respond in writing to the employee. The decision of the Department Head shall be final and not subject to the grievance procedure. An employee may submit a written response to his/her evaluation that shall be placed in his/her personnel file.
