ELECTRONICALLY FORMATTED INFORMATION. Where applicable, College shall be provided all documents in electronic format, as well as hard-copy. Electronic media prepared by the Contractor for use by the College will be compatible with the College's comparable desktop application (e.g., spreadsheets, word processing documents). Conversion of files, if necessary, will be Contractor's responsibility. Conversely, as required, Contractor must accept and be able to process electronic documents and files created by the College's current desktop applications as described in Attachment II.
