ELECTRONICALLY FORMATTED INFORMATION. Where applicable, State shall be provided all documents in electronic format, as well as hard-copy. Electronic media prepared by the Contractor for use by the State will be compatible with the State's comparable desktop application (e.g., spreadsheets, word processing documents). Conversion of files, if necessary, will be Contractor's responsibility. Conversely, as required, Contractor must accept and be able to process electronic documents and files created by the State's current desktop applications as described in Attachment II.
