Electronic Transfer of Payroll. It is agreed and understood that the City will continue an electronic payroll transfer system under which the employee’s net pay will be deposited in a bank account of the employee’s choosing. The City will continue to print and distribute the payroll “stub” identifying earnings and deductions.
