Common use of Electronic Statement Clause in Contracts

Electronic Statement. You may choose to receive your periodic account statement in electronic format. Such an election remains in effect until you change the election to receive the statement by mail. We will not mail you a paper statement when you select the electronic statement-only option. If you elect to receive periodic statements in electronic form, we will make them available to you at the BenefitWallet website (xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx) or such other Internet site that we designate from time to time. We may choose to send a notice of the statement’s availability to the email address you have provided to us, however we have no obligation to do so, and we may choose to stop sending such e-mails at any time. We may also make other documents available to you in electronic form from time to time.
