Common use of Electronic Reports Clause in Contracts

Electronic Reports. If General Agent elects to transmit electronically reports required under this Agreement, including, but not limited to, monthly reports, annuals reports and claims reports, the time period for transmitting such electronic files to Company shall be consistent with the respective paper report time periods.
