Transaction Data. Zero Hash and ZHLS shall be entitled, at our sole discretion, to use information related to Cryptocurrency Transactions executed through the Services (“Transaction Data”) to develop and compile market data that Zero Hash, ZHLS or a third-party service provider may disseminate to third parties (including through a market data feed) for business purposes without further consent by you, and Zero Hash shall be entitled to any and all revenue derived therefrom. By your use of the Services, you hereby consent to such use of Transaction Data. Any such market data disseminated by Xxxx Xxxx, ZHLS or any third-party service provider, shall not identify the parties who provided or entered into such Cryptocurrency Transactions. Other than for your own internal use in accordance with this User Agreement, you will not communicate, disclose, redistribute, or otherwise furnish (or permit to be communicated, disclosed, redistributed or otherwise furnished) all or any portion of the Transaction Data, in any format, to any third party or for the purposes of constructing or calculating the value of any index or indexed products or for the purpose of creating any derivative works or to make any use whatsoever at any time of the Transaction Data that could compete with the business of Zero Hash and or ZHLS or performance of the Services provided by Zero Hash and/or ZHLS. Notwithstanding the foregoing, you understand and agree that any and all data submitted to Zero Hash and ZHLS by you and all information related to Cryptocurrency Transactions entered into by you through the Services shall be the joint and exclusive property Zero Hash, ZHLS, Business and you (if you are not Business), and we shall have the right to use, sell, retransmit or redistribute such information, on an anonymous and aggregated basis, and in accordance with and subject to our Privacy Policy discussed in Section 12 below.
Transaction Data. Merchant authorizes Provider and/or its affiliates to submit American Express Transactions to, and receive settlement on such Transactions from, American Express or Bank on behalf of Merchant.
Transaction Data. 25.1 In conjunction with the Acquirer, We will act as a data controller of Transaction Data or other data relating to Sub-Merchants which is collected or otherwise processed a result of the performance of the obligations of either party under this Agreement (but for the avoidance of doubt shall not include any data relating to Sub-Merchants which you may collect or process for purposes outside of this Agreement).
Transaction Data. As between the Parties to this Agreement, the parties to each transaction that is executed in whole or in part via the GHX Exchange or Novation Marketplace after the Effective Time (e.g., the applicable Supplier and Participating Member) will each own the Transaction Data relating to such transaction. Neither Service Provider nor Novation may disclose any Transaction Data to any third party without the consent of one of the owners of such Transaction Data. All Transaction Data will be deemed to be Confidential Information and therefore subject to the provisions of Article 10 hereof (and subject to rights and restrictions related to such Transaction Data as apply between the Member and Service Provider, Neoforma or Novation, as the case may be).
Transaction Data. 11.1 WIND HELLAS processes and transmits transaction data for the usage of the services to enable Operator B to xxxx its end-customers accordingly. These transaction data will be sent by WIND HELLAS daily. The transmitted data shall be the basis for WIND HELLAS Wholesale Invoice to Operator B.
Transaction Data. Vendor and Division acknowledge and agree that, as to any transactions for Products and/or Services through the GHX e-commcrce system or any other e-commerce system, Vendor and the applicable Purchaser shall own all transaction data, and Division shall have the right to access such transaction data for performance of its purchasing functions.
Transaction Data. 9.2.1 The Operator shall ensure that the volume of Expired Transactions or Invalid Date Transactions (as reported by the ITS clearing house) shall not exceed 0.2% of the total volume of the Operator’s Transactions or 1000 in total on any given day.

The reporting available to you through the Partner Center will provide aggregate information relating to your Product downloads and Product transactions and Microsoft's payments to you under this Agreement.

UBSPW agrees to provide Transaction Data to Customer at the beginning of each calendar quarter.

To the extent the Originating Broker owns any rights, title or interest in the Transaction Data, the Originating Broker hereby grant to SEE Link a non-exclusive, nontransferable, non-sublicensable right and license to use, copy, modify and display the Transaction Data to the extent reasonably necessary to provide and maintain the Service to the Executing Broker, to perform its obligations hereunder, to improve the System and for statistical reporting purposes. SEE Link shall be authorized and obliged to provide to the Originating Broker through the System on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis reports on Transaction Data created during such relevant period. The Originating Broker acknowledges and agrees that SEE Link may aggregate anonymous statistical data regarding use and functioning of its System by its various users, including Transaction Data, and that such aggregated statistical data will be the sole property of SEE Link. SEE Link will use commercially reasonable security measures to protect Transaction Data against unauthorized disclosure or use.
