Common use of Electronic Materials Clause in Contracts

Electronic Materials. 14.1 You agree that we may present or send the Agreement and any document, notice, and/or communication relating to the Agreement or your GIC to you or to the deposit broker that we have on file for you in an electronic format, including by fax, by email, or by posting the same on our website. 14.2 An electronic copy of a document, notice, or communication relating to your GIC, including an electronic copy of the Agreement, will be admissible in any legal, administrative, or other proceeding as if it was an original physical version of the same. You agree to waive any right to object to the introduction of any item as evidence due to it being in an electronic format.
