Electronic/Magnetic Media Clause Samples

The Electronic/Magnetic Media clause governs the use, storage, and transmission of information or documents in electronic or magnetic formats, such as digital files, emails, or data stored on hard drives. It typically outlines the acceptable formats for document exchange, requirements for data integrity, and procedures for handling electronic records, including backup and security measures. This clause ensures that both parties understand their obligations regarding electronic data, reducing the risk of disputes over document authenticity or loss and facilitating efficient, modern communication and record-keeping.
