Electronic Form. The Notes shall be issued in electronic format only, and the Company will not issue certificates for the Notes. Holders will be required to hold the Notes through the Registrar’s electronic Notes register. When a Holder presents the Registrar with a request to register a transfer, the Registrar shall register the transfer if its requirements for such transactions are met and the Note has not been redeemed. The Company may charge a reasonable fee for any registration of transfer or exchange but not for any exchange pursuant to Section 2.9.
