Electronic Files. (a) No later than 1:00 p.m. on the fourth Business Day prior to each Payment Date, the Servicer shall deliver to the Indenture Trustee and the Backup Servicer, with a copy to Citigroup Global Markets Inc. as underwriter of the Notes, the Electronic File referred to in Section 3.04(c).
