Consultant continuity. The Consultant’s and its Subconsultants' Team Members working on the Project shall be the same as those originally submitted to the Owner in the Consultant’s RFP unless the Owner and Consultant agree otherwise. If the project team changes at any time, the Consultant shall notify the Owner immediately in writing.
