Electronic Authorizations. Depending on specific Services used by Company where the transfer of funds occur, security tokens are required to electronically authorize the transfer of funds by requiring an Individual to enter a OTP provided by security token at the time of approval and processing for the transfer of funds. For Services that require electronic authorizations via security tokens, fees are disclosed within the fee schedule or any other fee proposal provided in writing for Services.
Electronic Authorizations. The Union will provide to the Employer verification that dues deductions have been authorized by the employee. Employ- ees may express such authorizations by submitting to the Union a written applica- tion form, through electronically recorded phone calls, by submitting to the Union an online deduction authorization, or by any other means of indicating agreement allowable under state or federal law.
Electronic Authorizations. In cases, where the Merchant is equipped with the Electronic Data Capture Terminal ("EDCT"), allowing access to the Bank's Authorization Processing System ("the System") the Merchant shall obtain authorization through the EDCT for every transaction. If in the event of a breakdown in the EDCT or is inoperable for any reason the Merchant shall obtain such authorization from the authorization centre at the Bank in accordance with Clause 5.1 herein.
Electronic Authorizations. The Employer shall accept confirmations from the Union that the Union possesses electronic records of such membership and/or COPE authorization or other voluntary authorization, and it will give full force and effect to such authorizations as “written authorization” for purposes of this Agreement. In addition to electronic scanned copies of paper authorizations from the Union, the Employer shall accept copies of electronic signatures and digital files containing voice authorizations and give full force and effect to such authorizations as “written authorization” for purposes of this Agreement. The Employer will implement any deduction adjustments within one pay period. Notifications of Dues, COPE, or other voluntary deduction updates will be sent via a weekly spreadsheet uploaded by the Union for the Employer’s review on the secure platform used for exchanging information.
