Electrical Use Sample Clauses
The Electrical Use clause defines the rules and responsibilities regarding the consumption and management of electricity within a leased property or contractual arrangement. Typically, it outlines who is responsible for paying for electrical utilities, any restrictions on the type or amount of electrical equipment that can be used, and requirements for safe and lawful usage. This clause ensures that both parties understand their obligations related to electrical usage, helping to prevent disputes over utility costs and promoting safety and compliance with relevant regulations.
Electrical Use. Lessee shall notify Lessor prior to connecting any electrical devices and/or equipment to Lessor provided power circuit. Any device deemed unsafe or a potential risk hazard (i.e. engine pre- heaters) to the structure or other aircraft sharing the space will be prohibited from use.
Electrical Use. The use of marina electrical outlets for the operation of power tools, battery chargers, welders, air conditioners, heating units, etc, are prohibited expect by special permission. LHBC cannot and does not guarantee the continuity of electrical service where provided. The charging of boat batteries from marina outlets is permited.
Electrical Use. Lessee shall register all electrical devices and/or equipment connected to Lessor provided power circuit. Any device unregistered, unapproved of deemed unsafe by Lessor (i.e. engine/plane heaters) shall be removed.
A. Use of electrical surge protectors:
1. The use of surge protectors when connected to and used with extension cords, are prohibited
2. The image pictorially illustrates the improper use of power stripe surge protectors.
Electrical Use. To the extent available or otherwise installed by Lessee at Lessee’s cost, Lessor shall supply power to up to one (1) 120 volt 20 AMP electrical circuit within the Leased Premise for Lessee’s sole use, at no additional monthly cost, however, Lessor shall not be liable for any interruption of electrical service.
Electrical Use. Producer to provide generator(s) as Producer’s source of power. Tie-in to Owners’ Electrical panel is not permitted. Plugging in any camera or lighting equipment into house sockets is an additional fee of $375.00 per day. Producer may use Owners’ house lights as needed.
