Common use of ELECTRICAL PERMITS Clause in Contracts

ELECTRICAL PERMITS. 17.1 Any cost increases over and above the amount of $2,000.00 per Contract Year in the fees charged to the Contractor for obtaining annual electrical permit(s) for performing the Services within the Electrical Service Area will be reimbursed to the Contractor by the Province. In the event the Contractor determines that such fees are likely to exceed $2,000.00, then the Contractor will notify the Ministry before incurring such fees to provide the Ministry with an opportunity of addressing the matter with the appropriate regulatory authority before the fees are incurred by the Contractor.
