Electrical Lines Sample Clauses

Electrical Lines. (a) Tenant may not install any electrical equipment that overloads the lines in the Demised Premises, the Building or the Real Estate or which will interfere with the use thereof by other tenants of the Building unless Landlord approves same in the Plans and Specifications or as provided for in Section 7.03 above. If Tenant makes such installation, Landlord may require Tenant, at Tenant’s sole cost and expense, to make whatever alterations and/or repairs are necessary and which are in compliance with the terms and conditions of all required insurance policies and all requirements of applicable governmental authorities. Tenant shall be responsible or liable for all damages anywhere in the Building or with respect to the Real Estate caused by any electrical overload attributable to Tenant. (b) At all times, Tenant shall provide access for Landlord to trench headers provided that Landlord’s work shall not prevent the conduct of Tenant’s business.
Electrical Lines. If the Tenant installs any electrical equipment that overloads the lines in the Building or the Demised Premises, Landlord may require Tenant to make whatever changes to such lines as may be necessary to render the lines in good order and repair and in compliance with all Insurance Requirements and applicable legal requirements.

Electrical Lines. The IS auditors should verify whether: a) There is a separate dedicated electrical line for the computer equipment. b) Power supply to computer equipment is through UPS system only. c) The electrical wiring looks concealed and is not hanging from ceiling or nodes. d) The circuit breaker switches exist in locked condition only.
Electrical Lines. If the Tenant installs any electrical equipment that overloads the lines in the Demised Premises, Tenant shall make whatever changes to such lines as may be necessary to render the lines in good order and repair and in compliance with all Insurance Requirements and applicable legal requirements. All electrical work to the Demised Premises shall be performed by a licensed electrician. In the event that the electrical work to be performed by Tenant shall require the alteration, modification or repair of electrical equipment or lines servicing the Building, then, in such event, Tenant shall cause such electrical work to be performed by a licensed electrical contractor acceptable to Landlord.
