Common use of Electrical Lines Clause in Contracts

Electrical Lines. Tenant may not install any electrical equipment that overloads the lines in the Demised Premises, the Building or the Property or which will interfere with the use thereof by other tenants of the Building unless Landlord approves same in the Plans and Specifications or as provided for in Section 7.03 above; provided, however, Landlord agrees to furnish electric service to the Demised Premises equal to the Electric Capacity. If Tenant makes such installation, Landlord may require Tenant, at Tenant’s sole cost and expense, to make whatever alterations and/or repairs are necessary and which are in compliance with the terms and conditions of all required insurance policies and all requirements of applicable governmental authorities.
