Electrical Currents Sample Clauses
The 'Electrical Currents' clause defines the responsibilities and requirements related to the supply, use, and management of electrical power within a project or property. Typically, it specifies who is responsible for providing electrical current, the standards or specifications that must be met, and any limitations or conditions on usage, such as safety protocols or cost allocation. This clause ensures that all parties understand their obligations regarding electrical power, thereby preventing disputes over access, safety, or payment for electricity during the course of the agreement.
Electrical Currents. We" do not pay for loss or damage caused by manmade or mechanically produced electrical, electromagnetic, or magnetic currents or energy; or by their arcing, that results in damage or disruption to:
a. electrical or electronic wiring, networks, systems, appliances, or devices; or
b. networks, systems, appliances and devices which utilize wireless, microwave, satellite, or cellular technologies. However, if a fire results, "we" do pay for the loss caused by fire. In this exclusion, electrical, electromagnetic, or magnetic currents or energy includes, but is not limited to:
1) the flow of electricity and its' arcing;
2) electromagnetic energy pulses;
3) electromagnetic waves (microwaves); or
4) the electrical charge generated by or conducted through a magnetic or electromagnetic field.
Electrical Currents. We" do not pay for loss caused by arcing or by electrical currents other than lightning. However, this exclusion does not apply to loss resulting from testing.
Electrical Currents a. We" do not pay for loss caused by manmade or mechanically produced electrical, electromagnetic, or magnetic currents or energy, or by their arcing, that results in damage or disruption to:
1) electrical or electronic wiring, networks, systems, appliances, or devices; or
2) networks, systems, appliances, or devices that utilize wireless, microwave, satellite, or cellular technologies.
b. For the purposes of this exclusion, electrical, electromagnetic, or magnetic currents or energy includes but is not limited to:
1) the flow of electricity and its arcing;
2) electromagnetic energy pulses;
3) electromagnetic waves (microwaves); or
4) the electrical charge generated by or conducted through a magnetic or electromagnetic field.
Electrical Currents. We" do not pay for loss caused by artificially generated electrical currents that damage electrical apparatus or wiring within the covered property. If loss by fire or explosion results, "we" do pay for the resulting loss. This exclusion applies only to the property artificially generating the current or property that the current passes through.
Electrical Currents. We do not cover loss caused by arcing or by electrical currents other than lightning. If a fire results, we cover only the loss caused by fire.
Electrical Currents. We" do not pay for loss or damage caused by arcing or by electrical currents other than lightning. However, if a fire results, "we" pay only the loss caused by fire. This exclusion does not apply to "computers".
Electrical Currents. We" do not pay for loss caused by arcing or by electrical currents other than lightning. But if arcing or electrical currents other than lightning result in a fire or explosion, "we" do cover the loss or damage caused by that fire or explosion.
