Common use of Elections Clause in Contracts

Elections. Any employee eligible to vote in a Federal, Aboriginal Community Government, Provincial or Municipal election or a referendum shall have three (3) or four (4) consecutive clear hours, as prescribed by the applicable statute, during the hours in which the polls are open in which to cast their ballot.
