Authorization to Transfer Funds Customer hereby agrees that XXXXX.xxx may at any time and from time to time, in the sole discretion of XXXXX.xxx, apply and transfer from any of Customer’s Accounts with XXXXX.xxx to any of Customer’s other accounts, whether held at XXXXX.xxx or other approved financial institutions, any of the Contracts, currencies, securities or other property of Customer held either individually or jointly with others to another account.
Consent to Transfer (1) If the Land sold is leasehold, this contract is subject to any necessary consent to the transfer of the lease to the Buyer being obtained by the Settlement Date.

Transfer to Lower Paid Duties Where an employee is transferred to lower paid duties by reason of redundancy the same period of notice must be given as the employee would have been entitled to if the employment had been terminated and the employer may at the employer’s option, make payment in lieu thereof of an amount equal to the difference between the former ordinary time rate of pay and the new ordinary time rate for the number of weeks of notice still owing.
What Forms of Distribution Are Available from a Xxxxxxxxx Education Savings Account Distributions may be made as a lump sum of the entire account, or distributions of a portion of the account may be made as requested.
Permitted Transfers Within Escrow 5.1 Transfer to Directors and Senior Officers
F1 Transfer and Sub-Contracting F1.1 Except where F1.4 and F1.5 applies, the Contractor shall not assign, sub- contract or in any other way dispose of the Contract or any part of it without prior Approval. Transfer Rights Subject to the provisions of Section 8 of this Warrant, this Warrant may be transferred on the books of the Company, in whole or in part, in person or by attorney, upon surrender of this Warrant properly completed and endorsed. This Warrant shall be canceled upon such surrender and, as soon as practicable thereafter, the person to whom such transfer is made shall be entitled to receive a new Warrant or Warrants as to the portion of this Warrant transferred, and Holder shall be entitled to receive a new Warrant as to the portion hereof retained.
TRANSFER TO A THIRD PARTY You may transfer the software directly to a third party only with the licensed computer. The transfer must include the software and the Certificate of Authenticity label. You may not keep any copies of the software or any earlier version. Before any permitted transfer, the other party must agree that this agreement applies to the transfer and use of the software.
