EIGHT. Hour Shifts - Employees occupying the class of Records Supervisor may work full or partial 8-hour shifts on a voluntary or management-directed basis. If an employee works a full or partial 8-hour shift, in addition to any shift which is part of the employee’s normal work schedule, the employee shall be paid the sum of $250 for such full shift, or an amount which is proportionate to the fraction of a shift worked (Formula: * * * ($250 ÷ 8 full shift hours) * amount of shift worked = $ amount to be applied to partial shifts worked).
