Common use of Effort Clause in Contracts

Effort. The Executive will also: (a) devote reasonable efforts and attention to the business and affairs of the Company; (b) perform the Services in a competent and efficient manner and in a manner consistent with the Executive’s obligations to the Company and in compliance with all the Company policies, and will carry out all lawful instructions and directions from time to time given to the Executive; and (c) promote the interests and goodwill of the Company.
